This was a publicity stunt by Ibis Hotels in Belgium. Over the weekend they had numerous "sleepers" (aka students) out and about in the town offering vouchers to stay in the hotel for EUR 1....all of this culminated with a big pillow-fight in the central station on Sunday morning.
